We built a qualitative and quantitative tool that allows to manage in an integrated manner the equity, differentiation, reputation, performance, sustainability and positioning dimensions of brands, teams and individuals. We audit the people (employees) and team strength for the organization.
We evaluate the individual and social skills, and also the emotional and rational skills, through a transversal quantitative model that includes more than 80 attributes, and each undergoes a self-assessment, an evaluation of their colleagues and their line manager.

We assess the strength of each employee and each team in terms of the organization, evaluating each person’s technical and emotional, and individual and social competences via transversal interviews in which the employee offers a self-assessment and an assessment of colleagues by responding to over 80 attribute-related questions.
